If your order arrives broken or damaged, please get in touch and we will be happy to replace the items. Every bauble is unique so the coverage and pattern will differ on each one, however, we want our customers to be happy and love their baubles so if you have any issues or questions, please let us know. The clips on our baubles may become dislodged in transit but these are adjustable and can simply be moved back into place.
